Captify connects over a billion daily searches to provide real-time insights and audience targeting for leading global brands. Under Dominic’s leadership from 2011 to 2023, Captify scaled from a two-person startup to a global powerhouse with over 300 employees across 14 markets, powering data-driven insights for brands like Apple, Disney, and Microsoft.

Today, Dominic is shaping the future of culture and lifestyle through Creative Capital Ventures (CCV), an innovation group dedicated to investing in and building ventures that redefine creative industries. CCV operates at the intersection of technology, entertainment, and consumer experiences, bringing visionary ideas to life through strategic investments, partnerships, and advisory services. Dominic has been recognised with numerous awards, including Great British Entrepeneur of the Year, EY Entrepreneur of the Year and UK Digital Innovator of the Year. He also serves on various boards, and spearheads new ventures like Streamwave.ai, a technology company optimising hospital patient flow.
