Community Social: Hope and Cancer
A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for our second Community Social and first of 2025. What an incredible night, filled with positivity, community and, above all, hope.
We took so much from our extraordinary panel, featuring Sir Chris Hoy, Titania Altius, Abi Flynn, Vicki Connerty and our Founder Prof. Sir Chris Evans. Whether it was on the importance of hope in tandem with action, the power of a positive mindset, or the vital part of being informed on all your options, we were truly overwhelmed by the support our Community continues to give us in building Cancer Platform.
The night was rounded off with a performance by panellist and singer/songwriter Abi Flynn, alongside her band. Abi’s own experience of living with cancer deeply influences her music, something that closely aligns with our brand Evamore Music, which is a hub for artistic expression, grounded in authentic storytelling and a shared purpose to improve the lives of those affected by cancer.
These nights are a chance to celebrate the powerful collective of people in our Community - including those impacted directly by cancer, their loved ones, charities, organisations and medical professionals - all of which, are helping us to build the digital tool that will transform cancer navigation by enabling everyone to face cancer empowered with expert knowledge and truth.
We’d love to see you at the next Community Social - join the Cancer Platform Community to be kept up to date.
A final thank you goes out to our Founding Partners UsTwo, who collaborated with us on the event, and to our venue hosts, White Rabbit Studios.
